Shipping

Once you place your order, our small but dedicated team gets right to work! We carefully review your order, pack your items securely—using as few boxes as possible—and send your package on its way to you.

You’ll receive tracking updates as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Please note that once your package leaves our hands, we no longer have control over its transit, but we’re always here to help with any questions or concerns.

Pre-Orders:
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, please allow a little extra time (usually 2-4 weeks is a standard rule for pre-orders but we work quick!) for us to prepare and ship your order. We appreciate your patience as we get everything ready just for you!

Order Issues:

Damage

If your items arrive damaged, please contact us directly through our Contact page. While shipping issues are outside our control, we’re committed to making things right for you.

  • We may request proof of damage, which can include:Photos or videos of the damaged items and packagingA full return of the purchased items, if necessary

Returns and Refunds
