Using Your Pass
Opening Your Pass
iPhone: Open the Wallet app (it's pre-installed). Your Chandlr Pass will be in there.
Android: Open Google Wallet. Find your Chandlr Pass and tap it.
Viewing Pass Details
Once the pass is open, tap on it again or look for the info button (usually looks like an "ⓘ" in the corner). This shows you everything—current discount codes, links to our site and socials, contact info, upcoming events, and any announcements we've pushed.
Getting Updates
When we send an update, you'll get a notification on your phone. Open your wallet app, tap the Chandlr Pass, and check out what's new. Could be a discount code, could be a pop-up location, could be news about a drop. The pass updates automatically, so you always have the latest.
Using Links and Codes
Inside the pass details, you'll see clickable links to our website, Instagram, and anywhere else we want to send you. Tap them to go straight there. Discount codes will be clearly labeled—just copy and paste at checkout.
